Business Objectives Compliance Architecture Framework - Mechanisms for Controlling Architectural Artefacts
نویسندگان
چکیده
At present, more and more IT organisations adopt new architectural practices to effectively deal with the increasingly heterogeneous landscape of their IT architectures. The efficient and integrated management of the various architecture artefacts and their interdependencies described in architecture models is a crucial success factor for these initiatives. This paper presents an approach for ensuring architecture artefacts (as the main work products of enterprise architecture management) are under appropriate control. Due to the emerging complexity of IT architectures, the huge amount of crucial information as well as the requirement to ensure conformity to regulations such as SOX and Basel II, the authors view this as a field in need of an approach in order to control and manage this complexity.

A Framework for Seamless and Compliant Service Consumption in Outsourcing Scenarios
The ability to support the outsourcing of parts of a business process has become a major requirement within enterprise information systems (EIS). If, however, certain procedural or technical constraints derived from compliance regulations have been specified on parts of such a process we face the problem of maintaining such constraints in outsourcing scenarios as well. In this paper we describe...
متن کاملA Review on the Extent of Urban Design Intervention in Iran’s Architectural Structures for Interaction with Architectural Innovation
The intervention of urban design in Irans architectural structures has been for many years a challenging issue for architects and urban designers over their professional realm. The preservation of architectural structures in Iran has always resorted to extremes. This control and direction has sometimes resulted in exclusion of architecture position and has sometimes, once faced with lack of pro...
متن کاملCompliance of Educational Content of Architecture Engineering in Iran: Iranian-Islamic Architecture Components
Identity crisis in today's architecture has become the concern of the scholars due to its compliance with modernity, inattention to humans' differences and variety in conditions and contexts for creating architecture works as well as its emphasis on the constant preset patterns. In such circumstances, "Iranian-Islamic architecture pattern" has been introduced by several scholars as a solution f...
متن کاملArchitectural Compliance in Component-Based Systems Foundations, Specification, and Checking of Architectural Rules
The intended software architecture of a software system manifests the earliest and most fundamental design decisions. To ensure that the final software product is consistent with those design decisions and the requirements realized that way, the software architecture has to be refined correctly. This means that the artefacts of detailed design and implementation have to comply with the intended...
متن کاملMotivation Issues in the Framework of Information Systems Architecture
109 Abstract. The Zachman Framework for information systems architecture is a scheme for classifying and organizing the design artefacts created in the process of designing and producing information systems. It classifies artefacts on two views or dimensions: perspectives or roles and characteristics or abstractions. Although motivation abstractions are often neglected, the motivation should be...
